Catherine Vickers née O’Brien of Seaview Heights, Rathnew and formerly Ballykillavane Glenealy who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday 6th December 2024. Predeceased by her husband Murt, parents John and Betty , brothers Tom and Liam and uncle Noel. Lovingly remembered by her partner Paddy, son Colin and his wife Tracey, daughters Stacey and her partner Dan and Lauren and her partner James, grandson Darragh, extended family and friends.

Removal from her home on Monday morning at 11am walking via the Community Centre to St Joseph’s Church, Rathnew arriving for funeral Mass at 11.30am followed by committal at Mount Jerome Crematorium at 1.45pm.

Christopher (Christy) Doyle of Ashford and formerly Kilmacanogue, Kilcoole and Barndarrig who passed away on Saturday 30th November 2024 peacefully but unexpectedly at his home. Sadly missed by his loving wife Concepta, son Christopher, daughter Caroline and her partner Tom, granddaughters Sophie and Chantelle, sister Teresa and by his nieces, nephew, dear friend Bernie Murphy, neighbours and friends.

Predeceased by his mother Sarah, father Matthew and siblings Helen, Eddie, Davy and Jimmy.

Reposing at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town from 5pm until 6pm on Friday. Funeral arriving to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Ashford on Saturday morning for 11am funeral Mass followed by burial in Kilmurray Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the community nurses Siobhan Joyce and Oonagh Byrne for all their help and the staff of Newcastle Hospital.

Philomena passed away peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital surrounded by her family. Deeply mourned by her devoted husband Terry, and her sons and daughters David, Linda, Terence, and Emma, sisters Bernadette, Jane and Della, and by her cherished grandchildren Conor, Hollie, Cian, and Tara. Sadly missed also by her son-in-law Matt, and daughter-in-law Angela, nieces and nephews, and the extended Kavanagh and Kinsella family.

Denis passed away at Wicklow Hospice following a short illness, surrounded by his loving family. He is sadly missed by his wife Celia, sons Paul, Andrew, Ray and Aidan, daughters-in-law Sarah and Brídín, grandchildren Laura, Liam, and partner Chelsea, Aoife, and Oisín and great-granddaughter Clodagh, his siblings Ann, Michael, Edmund and Peter and all his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his young son Justin.
