It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Michael Kenny, who died suddenly on 31st October 2026. Michael is predeceased by his beloved mother Margaret and his dear brother Larry. Michael will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Miriam, stepchildren Lochlainn, Emmet, and Lia, his father Joe, sisters Maggs and Catherine, brother-in-law Kim, nieces and nephews Niall, Aoife, Bríd, Cleo, and Martin, Miriam’s parents Bruce and Margaret and her siblings, his aunts, uncles, cousins, all of his extended family and his many friends. Michael will be remembered with great love and affection by all those who knew him. He leaves behind a lifetime of fond memories and a place in all our hearts. We are all the better for having known him.

Michael will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) this Wednesday evening 4th November from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
Removal Thursday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town arriving for 10.00am Funeral Mass which can be viewed online by clicking on Michael’s Funeral Mass followed by interment in Woodbrook Natural Burial Grounds, Woodbrook, Co. Wexford arriving for 12.30pm approx.
