In his 90th year. Holding Denise’s hand, Jim went gently and peacefully through the veil that separates our world from the next. Awaiting him are his parents, Frederick and Bridget, his siblings, Nan, Martha, Kathleen, John and Kit.

Married to Lynda for over 60 years, Jim will be greatly missed by Lynda, Denise (O’Reilly), Robert, Ross, Martin, Jane and Susanne. His treasured grandchildren Amber, Cillian, Cian and Callum O’Reilly, Aiden and Ethan Quinn. His beloved brother Andy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many great friends.

Jim will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) this Monday 1st June from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.

Removal Tuesday morning from his home, Friars Hill , walking to St. Patrick’s Church Wicklow Town, arriving for 10:00am Funeral Mass which can also be viewed by clicking on James Funeral Mass after which Jim will be laid to rest in Rathnew Cemetery.

Celia O’Gorman (née Mooney) Gorey, Co. Wexford & formerly of Glenealy Co Wicklow Native of Montrose, Dublin.

Loving wife of the late Don, also loving Mother and Grandmother to the late Don and Aaron. Celia passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin.. She will be sadly missed by her forever loving children, Celia, Annabelle, Noeleen, Donna and Paudie. Their partners George, Shane and Sinéad & her late son Dons partner Jacqui. Grandmother (aka Ma) to Clara, Nicole, Codie, Shauna, Gary, Don, Colm, Grace, Carli, Alyssa. Paudie Jnr, Luna and Don Jnr. who will all miss her terrible along with her forever friend and sister Breda O’Reilly. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Celia Mooney, and brother Michael. Also fondly remembered, by her brothers in law and sisters in law, nieces, nephews extended family and many friends.

Richard passed away surrounded by his loving family at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin on the 24th of May 2026. Beloved husband of the late Ann, loving father of Keith and Elaine and adored Dada of Cormac, Ryan, Tadhg, Lugh, Cathal and Conn. Predeceased by his brothers Michael, Tom and sister Maureen. He will be sadly missed by his son, daughter, daughter-in-law Colette, daughter’s partner Conor, grandchildren, siblings Jimmy, Nicholas, Pauline and Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and friends.

Raymond (Ray) O’Flaherty of “Glenlua”, Glenealy, Co. Wicklow, who passed away peacefully on 25th May 2026, in the excellent care of the staff at Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Peg and loving father of Declan, Suzanne, Lorna and the late Niall. Monica Mc Cabe (Mona) (née Lott) Late of Bray, Enniskerry and formerly Barndarrig, Co. Wicklow.

Mona passed away peacefully after a short illness on 17th May 2026 in the expert care and compassion of Wicklow Hospice and surrounded by the comfort of her family.

A dedicated vocation to a 45 year career in Healthcare filled with compassion, kindness and advocacy for all she cared for.

Mona will be sadly missed by her children, Lisa, Rachel, Patrick, Denise, Michael, Monica, Bryan and Sean. Grandchildren, great Grandchildren, Sister Vera, Brothers Kevin and Joe, Brothers -in -law Noel and Jimmy, Sister – in -law Helen, nieces, nephews and best friend Sheila.

Predeceased by her mother Mary, Siblings Margaret, Dessie and Betty and former husband and Father of her children Patrick.

Mona will be deeply missed by her family, many friends, work colleagues and neighbours.

A gentle soul now rests – Forever missed, Forever loved.

Francis (Franny) Roche of Lakeview Grove and formerly Strand Street Wicklow Town who passed away peacefully at Beaumont Hospital on Thursday 14th May 2026. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Sarah, sister Jacinta partner Sally and brother in law Malcolm. Dearly loved wife of the late Michael (Mick) O’Reilly for 61 years and much loved and loving mother of Michael, Lisa, Richard and the late Paul. Remembered with love and affection by her family, grandchildren LisaMarie, Colin, Megan, Michael and Adam and great-grandchildren Charlie, Jay, Killian and Alfie and by her sisters Chrissie and Kay, son-in-law Peter, extended family and friends.

Lily is predeceased by her siblings Paddy, Jimmy, Mick, Denis and Nanny.
