June Doran (née Dargan) The Yews, Rocky Road, Wicklow.

16th December 2021, suddenly at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin. Sadly missed by her loving sons Ian, Darrell, Steven and daughters Gillian, Lisa, Nicola, Ciara, and their partners, Lorraine, Damien, Marian, Fergal, Gerald, Nicole, Dylan, sisters Caroline and Martina, brothers Miley & William, and the late Etta and Denis, grandchildren Dylan, Isabelle, Leah, & Issac, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

June will be reposing at the family home, The Yews, Rocky Road, Wicklow Town (A67WP60) on Sunday evening from 4.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal Monday morning at 9.15am, walking to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town, arriving for 10.00am Funeral Mass which can be viewed on www.wicklowparish.ie followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Katriona Rowan (née Kavanagh) St. Laurence’s Park, Wicklow Town and Glenealy , Co. Wicklow, 16th December 2021, after a short battle with illness, which she bravely fought and surrounded by her loving family and in the loving care of the nurses and staff at Wicklow Hospice, Magheramore, Co. Wicklow. Dearly loved wife and best friend of David proud & loving mother of Josh and Fionn. Much loved daughter of Butch and Collette , sister to Lee and Warren. Remembered with love by her mother in law Olive & extended Rowan, Ogorman and Kavanagh families, extended family, relatives and many friends.

Liam Kavanagh of Wicklow Town and former Labour Councillor, TD, MEP and Minister who passed away in his 87th year on Monday, 13th December 2021, peacefully, after a long illness. Loving husband of Margaret and much-loved father of Rosemary and the late Conal. Sadly missed by his daughter in law Kiara, grandchildren Áine and Rían, his brother Jimmy and sister Therese, sisters-in-law May and Maura, extended family and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Liam will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, in Wicklow Town, from 4.30pm until 7pm on Wednesday. Removal on Thursday morning at 9.40am from the family home, at walking pace, to St Patrick’s Church, arriving for funeral Mass at 10am followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

O’BYRNE (née Lynch) Frances (Drumcondra, Dublin 9, formerly of Wicklow Town and Lorcan Crescent, Dublin 9) December 8th 2021. Peacefully after an illness bravely borne, in the loving care of her family and the staff of the Blackrock Clinic. Beloved wife of Godfrey, loving mother of Helen, Alan, Niamh and Patrick and beloved sister of Brian, John, and the late Terry and Dessie. Sadly missed by her family, brothers, grandchildren Allie, Callum, Mia, Stuart, Jack, Charlie, Henry and Lucy, sons-in-law John and Terry, daughters-in-law Annamarie and Helen, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her wide circle of cherished friends.

Patrick Anthony (Pat) Hore of Wicklow Town and formerly of Temperance Row, Wexford Town who passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday 4th December 2021. Loving husband of Marguerite (née Kelly) and much-loved dad of Eric, Keith and Trisha and adored grandad of Erin, Daire, Patrick, Arlo, Ena and Evan. He will be sadly missed by his siblings John, Agnes, Betty, Anne and Margaret, daughters in law Maria and Mandy, son in law Gary, extended family and friends.

Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff at St. Colman’s Nursing Home, Rathdrum. Loving wife of the late Michael, Loving mother of William and Michael, sister of Patsy. Sadly missed by her loving sons, sister, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
