Who was in the care of Knockrobin Hill Care Home, Port Road, Wicklow, late of Blainroe, Wicklow and Johnny’s Restaurant Malahide. Loving mother of Michele and Jackie, loving grandmother to her granddaughter Natacha, daughter in law Majella and son in law Joe. Deeply regretted by her nephews and nieces, Colm and Ella Corbally, Joe and Patsy Martin and Miriam Martin. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Johnny.

MAY SHE REST IN PEACE.

Reposing in McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67 E003) Wicklow this Monday 12th October 2026 from 5.00 p.m.

Eileen will arrive at 9.50 a.m. on Tuesday 13th October 2026 to St. Patrick’s Church, St. Patrick’s Road, Ballynerrin Lower, Wicklow Town for Funeral Mass at 10.00 a.m. The funeral mass will be broadcast live online by clicking on Eileen’s Funeral Mass.

The funeral mass will be followed by a Cremation Service at 11.30am in McCrea’s Cremation and All Denominational Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) for all those who wish to attend. Live Stream of this service can be seen on McCrea’s Cremation Chapel.

Angela Murray née McNamara, of Ashford, Co. Wicklow, formerly of Broadford, Co. Clare, Dublin and the USA, passed away on October 5th, 2026, age 88 peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved mother of Cathy, Cyril, Trevor and Sinéad. Deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her sons-in-law Éamonn, Dax and Ciarán, daughter-in-law Julia, grandchildren Liam, Niamh, Darragh and Cliona, sisters Kay and Tess, extended family, relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Eugene.

Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Ashford, Co. Wicklow, on Friday, October 9th, at 12 noon.

Reception to follow. Private burial will take place at a later date in the U.S.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Angela to St. James’s Hospital, Dublin.
