Sheila Maddock née Bancroft of Ballinclea Kilbride Wicklow and formerly Rathnew and Skegness, England who passed away in her 89th year on Wednesday 27th December 2023 peacefully at the Blainroe Lodge, Nursing Home. Predeceased by Nicholas, her loving husband of 59 years. Much loved mother of Nicholas, Susan, Elaine and Tracey. She will be sadly missed by her family, sister Patricia, daughter in law Ellen, sons-in-law Brendan, Colin and Martin, grandchildren Emma, Louise, Christopher, James, Niamh, Ailbhe, Owen and Katie, great-grandchildren Zack, Cillian, Henry, Sean, Aaron, Jake, Leo, Kate and Sam, extended family and friends.

Sheila will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelor’s Walk in Wicklow Town from 5pm until 7pm on Friday. Removal from Tracey and Brendan’s home on Saturday to St Joseph’s Church, Rathnew, arriving for 11am funeral Mass followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

John Noctor Wicklow Town and formerly Ashford

John passed away on Christmas Day 2023 peacefully at his home. Predeceased by his parents James and Elizabeth.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Phil (née Jameson), daughters Susan, Jill, Jean and Lindsey, son James, son in laws Michael, Michael, Jonathan and Michael, daughter in law Christina and by his adored grandchildren Kerrie, Aoibhéann, Michael Óg, Frank, Meabh, Jane, Ben, Ethan, Aydyn, Henry, Matthew, Leon, Jamie and Louis and great grandchildren Gearóid and Seánie, brother Jimmy and sister-in-law Joanne, sister Jean and brother-in-law Monce, extended families and friends.

Reposing at the family home on Wednesday 27th from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral arriving to St Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town on Thursday 28th for Funeral Mass at 11.30am after which John will be laid to rest in Rathnew Cemetery.

Henry Tobin Ballynerrin Upper, Wicklow. Formerly Kimmage, Dublin.

Henry passed away on Saturday 23rd December 2023, suddenly but peacefully in St Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin. Sadly missed by his loving wife Eileen, daughters Mary and Frances, sons in law, Thomas and Neil, grandchildren, David, Patrick, Harry, Evan, Stephen, Kyle, Sophie and Aoife. Predeceased by parents Agnes and Harry, siblings Pascal, Joseph, Michael, Gabriel and May.

Bernard Fleming, Cunniamstown, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow. 21st December 2023, peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of the staff at St. Colman’s Residential Care Centre, Rathdrum. Beloved son of the late James and Margaret and brother of the late Joseph. Peacefully in the loving care of Wicklow Hospice, and surrounded by his devoted family. Michael is predeceased by his infant son Michael and his sister Mary. Michael will be deeply missed by his loving wife Annette, his daughter Dara and son Brian, son-in-law Darryl, daughter-in-law Jean, his cherished grandchildren Matt, Sarah and Maddie, his brothers Paddy, Eddie, Joseph, Thomas & PJ and sisters-in-law Noreen, Josie and Marguerite. Michael will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and large circle of friends.

It is with sorrow and regret that we inform you of the death of Noel .Noel passed away on Monday 18th December 2023, after a short illness, at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Papa happily celebrated his 85th Birthday on the 11th of this month in the company of his brother, daughter, and many of his 9 beloved grandchildren.Noel was a thorough gentleman who loved his family and will be dearly missed by his wife Ann, his son Sam and daughters Joanne and Lynn, his brother Ernie and sister Joyce, his son-in-law Richard and daughter-in-law Jane and his grandchildren; Jacob, Niamh, Freya, Oisín, Poppy, Thomas, Conor, Abbie and Naoise along with his many friends and extended family.

Paul Maguire, Killoughter Lodge, Ashford, Co. Wicklow.

Paul passed away peacefully on Wednesday 13th December 2023 in the care of the ICU Beaumont Hospital Dublin, surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband, bestest friend and soul mate of Orlaith. Much loved father of Juliette, Tom, Jessica, Danielle, Alison, Lisa and Rachael and adored Grandpa to Lucy, Robyn, Grace, Leo, Mathew and Oliver.

Beloved son of Tom and predeceased by his Mother Anne, who will be waiting with open arms to welcome Paul home. Lovingly remembered by his brother Tony, brothers in law Terence and Ronan, sisters in law Pauline, Audrey and Bernadette, extended family and friends and his dogs Chester and Scooby.

Michael passed away peacefully on Wednesday 6th December 2023 with his family by his side at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Statia and brother Fr Harry. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Mary, sons Stephen and Conor, daughter Sinéad, adored grandchildren Sam, Rhys, Ollie and Dáire, daughters in law Martine and Nina, his siblings and extended family and friends.

William (Willie) Dunne of Kilmacurragh, Kilbride and formerly Ballynerrin Upper, Wicklow who passed away on Friday 1st December 2023 peacefully with family by his side at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Elizabeth (Betty). Sadly missed by his loving wife and soul mate Gillian, sons Michael and David along with their mother Bernie and their partners Una and Peta, sister Edel, grandchild Mya, parents in law Jimmy and Pat Keogh, brother in law Gordan, sister in law Nicole, aunts Carmel and Julia, nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.

Anna May passed away on Wednesday 29th November 2023 peacefully at St Colman’s Hospital, Rathdrum. Predeceased by her parents James and Mary, siblings Jimmy, Kay and Baby Mary and by her brother in law Joe and sister in law Madge. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her sister Patricia, brothers Patrick, Andy, Joseph and Michael, sisters in law Carmel, Mary and Bernie, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
