Essie (Esther) Callaghan née Kelly of Graffin, Clonmore, Templemore and formerly of Glenview Road, Wicklow Town who passed away on Wednesday 16th August 2023 unexpectedly but peacefully at Portlaoise Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Paul, parents Moses and Ethel and siblings James (Bimbo), Joey and Sally. Forever loved by her daughters Anna Marie and Samantha, son Joey, grandchildren Rachel, Melissa, Aaron, Connor, Georgina, Matthew, Stephen and Gavin, great grandchildren Saoirse, Croía, Michael and Stephen and by her siblings Anne, Marguerite, Jean, Mosey and Billy, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Essie will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town from 4pm until 6pm on Sunday. Funeral driving to St Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town on Monday morning via Glenview Road and St Patrick’s Road arriving for a funeral service at 11.30am followed by private cremation.

Martin Carr, Ashtown, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow, 16th August 2023, in the excellent care of the staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Beloved son of the late Joseph (Joe) and Katie (née Barry), Fitzwilliam Square, Wicklow Town. Deeply regretted by his loving sister Ann, cousins, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Brennan Woulahan Funeral Home, Avoca Road, Rathdrum, on Friday, 18th August, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town, followed by burial in Rathnew Cemetery.

Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff at Wicklow Hospice. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth and son of the late Carlos and Anita. Sadly missed by his six brothers and sisters,  grandnephew Carlos Andres, dear friend Steve, relatives and many dear friends.

Santiago will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) on Thursday morning at 11.30am with removal at 1.30pm proceeding through main  street Wicklow to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town arriving for 2.00pm Funeral Mass, which can also be viewed by clicking on  Santiago’s Funeral Mass  followed by Cremation Service in McCrea’s Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) at 3.15pm. all welcome.

Who passed away peacefully at Chanthaburi Hospital, Thailand. Frank is mourned by his wife Mem, his sons Alan and Andrew, grandchildren Ryan, Liam, Owen and James, daughters in law Carol and Nadia, his brothers Brendan and Declan, sisters Christine and Teresa, sister in law Maria, by his former spouse Socorro, his extended family and wide circle of friends in Ireland and Thailand.

 Frank’s Funeral Service will take place in Thailand.

A memorial mass for Frank will take place in St Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town on Wednesday 9th August at 10.00am for all who would like to attend, for those unable to attend the service can be viewed by clicking on Frank’s Memorial Mass

Gediminas passed away peacefully at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harolds Cross on Monday, 31st July 2023. Loving husband of Reda and much loved father of Kotryna and Benediktas. Sadly missed by his family, mother Reda, brother Mindaugas and by his parents in law Kristina and Leonas, extended family and friends.
