Peggy (Margaret) Reynolds née Healy of Rathnew and late of Coolawinna, Ashford who passed away on Sunday 22nd February 2026 peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Aidan and her daughter Elaine. She will be sadly missed by her loving son Noel and his partner Tara, grandchildren Michelle, Abigael, Jack and Jessica and by her brother P.J., nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Peggy will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk in Wicklow Town on Thursday from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral arriving to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Ashford on Friday morning for 11am funeral Mass after which Peggy will be laid to rest in Killoughter Cemetery.

Patrick (Chubby) Dunne of Belview Court, Wicklow Town.

Who passed away unexpectedly on Thursday 19th February 2026. Beloved husband of Mary and much loved father of Mark, Kevin and David, adored grandfather to Sam and Fred and father in law to Caoimhe. Sadly missed by his sisters, Mary, Patricia, Kitty, Anne, brother Sean, brothers in law and sister in law and his many nieces and nephews. Will be sadly missed by his many friends.

Patrick will be reposing in McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) this Sunday 22nd February 2026 from 3.00pm to 6.00pm.

Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town on Monday morning 23rd February arriving for 10.00am Funeral Mass which can also be viewed by clicking HERE followed by burial in Rathnew Cemetery.

Jerry Scully of St Laurence’s Park, Wicklow Town and formerly Dunkelly, Goleen, West Cork who passed away on Monday 16th February 2026 peacefully but unexpectedly at home. Dearly loved husband and best friend of the late Sally (née Kelly) and much-loved father of Jerry, David, Martina and James and adored grandad of Aoife, Caitlin, Amy, Aiden, Grace, Rose, April, Tom, Erin, Jack, Callan and Áine. Sadly missed by his mother Eileen, brothers Pat, Mike and John, sisters Agnes and Margaret, son in law Mark, daughters in law Ciara and Tasha, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his father Jeremiah and sister Eileen.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at the family home from 4pm until 7pm on Thursday and Friday. Removal on Saturday at 10.20am walking via St Laurence’s Road and the Market Square to St Patrick’s Church arriving for funeral Mass at 11am after which Jerry will be laid to rest with Sally in Rathnew Cemetery.

 

Edmund O’Brien  Kilmantin Road, Wicklow Town.

Predeceased by his loving son P.J and his daughter baby Sinead born sleeping ,Edmund died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on the 12th of February 2026 ,Sadly missed and loved by his loving wife of 66 years Chrissie , his children, Eamonn. Kevin, Trish, Vinky, Christine, Lisa and Adele ,son in laws ,daughter in laws, Grandchildren, Great grand children and Great Great grandchildren extended family relatives and friends.

Edmund will be reposing at his home in Kilmantin Road, Wicklow this Saturday 14th February from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, with removal Monday morning at 9.15am to St. Patrick’s Church Wicklow Town, walking (via Market Square) arriving for 10.00am Funeral Mass, which can also be viewed by clicking HERE followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery

Joseph (Joe) Kelly of Wicklow Town, and formerly of Gorey, County Wexford who passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of Wicklow Hospice on Wednesday 11th February 2026 following an illness borne with great courage and dignity surrounded by his loving family and friends. Lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Margaret (née Phillips), loving daughter Róisín, brother Br. W. S. Kelly (Willie), son in law Jonathan, brothers-in-law sisters-in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and his wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his parents Thomas (Tom) and Úna, and siblings Anne, Vincent, Gerard and Paul.
