John McAulay Church Hill, Wicklow Town.

John passed away on Monday 6th January, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin – Loving husband of Rita and much loved father of Myrtle, Helen, Tommy, Noirin, Rita, Ian, Aileen and John. Sadly missed by his son in laws, daughter in law, 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, his sister Patricia, his nieces and nephews and his extended family and friends.Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Barbara and his sister June.

May he rest in peace.

John will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) from 4.00pm until 7.00pm this Thursday evening.

Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town on Friday morning at 11.30am, which can also be viewed by clicking on John’s Funeral Mass followed by 12.45pm Cremation Service in McCrea’s Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) for all those who wish to attend.

Loving husband of Francesca and much loved father of Freya and Emmet. Sadly missed by his family, siblings Deirdre, Sheila, Madeleine and Helena, extended family and friends.

Nora (Hannah) Taylor née McLaughlin (Jackie) of Ashford, Co. Wicklow and formerly Ross Head, Glengad, Malin Co. Donegal, who passed away on Saturday 4th January, 2025, peacefully with family by her side, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Dearly loved wife of Kieran and much loved mother of James, Michael, Hannah, Cian and Jack. Sadly missed by her siblings Hugh, Eilish, Jim, Joseph, Pat, Mickey, Eamon and Alan, and by her adoring grandchildren, daughters in law, extended family and friends.

Predeceased by her son Paul Thomas, parents James and Mary and brothers Seán, Paul, Robert and Benny

Nora will repose at the William Doyle Funeral Home, Kilcoole on Friday from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral arriving at Ashford GAA grounds on Saturday morning at 11.40am and then proceeding at walking pace to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Ashford arriving for 12 noon Funeral Mass followed by Private Cremation.

The Funeral Mass will be recorded and a link posted at 6pm on Saturday.

Lil Esmonde née Lawless of St Bridget’s Terrace, Rathnew and formerly Ballinahinch, Ashford who passed away in her 96th year peacefully with family in the comfort of her home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack, daughters Margaret, Rose and Lila and grandchildren Lorraine and Noel and great grandchild Cathal. Lovingly remembered by her daughters Mary, Ann and Ita and by her sons in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Lil will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk in Wicklow Town from 4pm until 6pm on Sunday afternoon. Removal from her home on Monday at 11am at walking pace to St Joseph’s Church, Rathnew arriving for funeral Mass at 11.30am after which Lil will be laid to rest with Jack in Rathnew Cemetery.

Bid passed away peacefully in St Colman’s Hospital Rathdrum with family by her side in her 92nd year on Saturday 28th December 2024. Predeceased by her loving husband Patrick (Paddy)and siblings Mick, Tom, Jean, Kathleen, Frances, Jim and Noel. She shall be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family and friends.

Resting at Flannery’s Funeral Home Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town on Monday evening from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral arriving to St Joseph’s Church, Rathnew on Tuesday morning (New Years Eve) for 11.30am funeral Mass followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.
