Paddy Macaulay (Paddy Popcorn) of Ashford Co. Wicklow, The Irish Popcorn Company and formerly of Kilmacud Co. Dublin. Paddy passed unexpectedly at home surrounded by family on Monday morning the 2nd of June.

Paddy was a loving and devoted husband to his wife Patricia. Cherished father to Adam, Stephen, Hannah, Lucy, Zach and Beth; their partners Giedre, Jessica, Tommy, Dave, Karl and Oisín. Adoring Grandfather (Papa) to Ava, Luke and Andy. Beloved brother to Dermot, Henry, Helen, and Maura. Mad uncle to his 26 nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and his large extended (unofficial) family. Extraordinary employer to all his staff, colleagues and customers at The Irish Popcorn Company. A wonderful colleague to his friends in the National Ambulance Service and Community First Responders. He will be overwhelmingly missed by all his family, many (many) friends, and all who were blessed to know him.

Reposing in McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road Wicklow Town (A67E003) on Sunday afternoon from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. Removal to the Holy Rosary, Church in Ashford Monday morning arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass, typical Paddy he wants this to be a celebration of his life and bright colour clothing to be worn
Followed by a Private Cremation.

Peter Reynolds of Wicklow Town and formerly Sligo Town who passed away on Saturday 31st May, 2025, peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Dearly beloved husband of Naomi (Anderson) and loving father of Adam, Roy, Daniel, Ruth, Colin, Isabel and the late Samuel. Sadly missed by his family, grandchildren Georgia, Alfie, Ivy, Maya, Oliver, Lucia, Hannah, Violet and Clare, brother John, sister Vanessa, daughters-in-law Maria, Shauna, Jessica and Brigid, son-in-law Cian, extended family and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Peter will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town on Friday from 5pm until 7pm.

Funeral arriving to Carrig View, Glenealy on Saturday at 1.30pm and then proceeding at walking pace to St Joseph Church, Glenealy arriving for funeral Mass at 2pm followed by burial in Glenealy Cemetery.

Christine Reid (née Mitchell) Fitzwilliam Rd, Wicklow Town

Christine passed away peacefully at Wicklow Hospice surrounded by her loving family on May 31st 2025 after a short illness.

Missed dearly by her loving husband Patrick, sons Alan and Niall, partners Laura and Holly, her adored grandchildren Shay, Ada and Ruairi, and extended family, relatives and friends.

May she now rest in peace.

Christine will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) Monday week, 9th June from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.

Removal Tuesday morning 10th June to St. Patrick’s Church Wicklow Town arriving for 10.00am Funeral Mass, which can also be viewed by clicking on Christine’s Funeral Mass followed by interment in Rathnew cemetery.
