after a short illness bravely borne. Predeceased by his father Jimmy, mother Maureen, brother John sister Marie, nephew Stephen. He will be deeply missed by his brothers Shay and Tom, sisters Catherine, Muriel and Deeney, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends especially his best friend Robbie.

Andy will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow (A67EOO3) this Thursday evening from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal on Friday morning at 9.30am from Andy’s home 23 St. Laurences Park, Wicklow walking via Market Square to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow arriving for 10.00am Funeral Mass which can also be viewed by clicking on Andy’s Funeral Mass after which Andy will be laid to rest in Rathnew cemetery.

Margaret Kane, LDS LRCP&SI of Church Street, Wicklow Town who passed away peacefully on 17th March 2026, surrounded by her family in St Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved wife of Sten Mathews and mother to Conor, Ian, Stephanie, Fergus and Wuzzi (Orlaith). Deeply regretted by her sister Gerry, her sister-in-law Eugenie, brother-in-law Frank, daughters-in-law Carole and Tanya, son-in-law John, her 9 grandchildren and extended family and friends. Predeceased by her daughter Martine and her adored parents Eddie and Agnes.

Margaret will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town on Tuesday 24th March from 4pm until 6pm. Removal from the family home at Church Street on Wednesday morning 25th March at 9.40am walking via Healy’s Hill and Main Street to St Patrick’s Church arriving for funeral Mass at 10am after which Margaret will be laid to rest in Rathnew Cemetery

Patricia Phillips Kilmantin Road, Wicklow Town

Patricia passed away on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 unexpectedly but peacefully at her home. Predeceased by her parents James and Mary, siblings Jimmy, Kay, Anna May and Baby Mary and by her brother in law Joe and sister in law Madge. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her brothers Patrick, Andy, Joseph and Michael, sisters in law Carmel, Mary and Bernie, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Patricia will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk in Wicklow Town from 5pm until 7pm on Thursday. Funeral arriving to the family home on Friday morning at 9.30am and then proceeding at walking pace via Hopkins Hill to St Patrick’s Church arriving for funeral Mass at 10am followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Suddenly, after a short illness, in Mount Carmel Hospital. Predeceased by his parents John & Aileen. Much loved brother of Helena & Joanne & beloved uncle of Jack, Rachael, Maya, Abbie, Lily, Sophie, Ruby & Myla, he will be sadly missed by his sisters, brothers in law Stephen & Ian, nephew & nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family & friends.

Patrick (Chubby) Dunne of Belview Court, Wicklow Town.

Who passed away unexpectedly on Thursday 19th February 2026. Beloved husband of Mary and much loved father of Mark, Kevin and David, adored grandfather to Sam and Fred and father in law to Caoimhe. Sadly missed by his sisters, Mary, Patricia, Kitty, Anne, brother Sean, brothers in law and sister in law and his many nieces and nephews. Will be sadly missed by his many friends.

Jerry Scully of St Laurence’s Park, Wicklow Town and formerly Dunkelly, Goleen, West Cork who passed away on Monday 16th February 2026 peacefully but unexpectedly at home. Dearly loved husband and best friend of the late Sally (née Kelly) and much-loved father of Jerry, David, Martina and James and adored grandad of Aoife, Caitlin, Amy, Aiden, Grace, Rose, April, Tom, Erin, Jack, Callan and Áine. Sadly missed by his mother Eileen, brothers Pat, Mike and John, sisters Agnes and Margaret, son in law Mark, daughters in law Ciara and Tasha, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his father Jeremiah and sister Eileen.

Predeceased by his loving son P.J and his daughter baby Sinead born sleeping ,Edmund died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on the 12th of February 2026 ,Sadly missed and loved by his loving wife of 66 years Chrissie , his children, Eamonn. Joseph (Joe) Kelly of Wicklow Town, and formerly of Gorey, County Wexford who passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of Wicklow Hospice on Wednesday 11th February 2026 following an illness borne with great courage and dignity surrounded by his loving family and friends. Lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Margaret (née Phillips), loving daughter Róisín, brother Br. W. S. Kelly (Willie), son in law Jonathan, brothers-in-law sisters-in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and his wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his parents Thomas (Tom) and Úna, and siblings Anne, Vincent, Gerard and Paul.
