Jimmy passed away peacefully with family by his side at St Vincent’s Hospital Dublin in his 90th year on Thursday 31st July 2025 and is now reunited with his beloved wife May. Loving brother of Thérèse Mc Loughlin. Predeceased by his parents William and Elizabeth, his sisters Carmel Kavanagh, Marjorie Lyons, Monica Boner and Breda Devlin and his brothers Michael, Paddy, Liam and Fran. Lovingly remembered by his sister, nieces, nephews, brothers in law, sisters in law, extended family and friends.

Jimmy will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town from 3pm until 5pm on Saturday 2nd August. Removal from his home on Monday 4th August, at 1.40pm walking to St Patrick’s Church to arrive for funeral Mass at 2pm after which Jimmy will be laid to rest in Rathnew Cemetery.

Fiona Byrne of Merrymeeting, Rathnew who passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital on Wednesday 30th July 2025. Predeceased by her beloved parents Edward and Martha and baby sister Carol. She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by sisters Margaret and Fionnuala, brothers Robert, Edward, Paddy and Lyndon, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Fiona will repose at her home from 7pm until 9pm on Saturday. Removal on Monday morning at 11am to St Joseph’s Church, Rathnew, walking via the Community Centre to arrive for 11.30am funeral Mass after which Fiona will be laid to rest Rathnew Cemetery.

Brian Carthy of Darragh Park, Wicklow Town and formerly Ashford who passed away on Saturday 19th July 2025 peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Dan and Esther and infant brother John. Dearly loved husband of Eilish (née Coffey) and loving father of Jared, Lisa and Gill. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Claire, Karl, Philip and James and great grandchildren Callum, Conor and Rhys along with his brothers Noel and Pat, daughter in law Susan, son in law James, extended family and friends.

Removal from the family home on Wednesday 23rd July at 9.40am at walking pace via St Patrick’s Road to St Patrick’s Church arriving for funeral Mass at 10am after which Brian will be laid to rest in Rathnew Cemetery.

Jack Fitzpatrick of The Mall, Wicklow Town, who passed away on Wednesday 16th July 2025 peacefully, in the loving care of all at St Colman’s Hospital Rathdrum. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Eileen and by his siblings Joe, Kathleen, Dick, Mary, Nora and Eily. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sister Madeleine, brother Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Mosey Kelly of Glenview Road, Wicklow Town who passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at Knockrobin Hill Care Home on Saturday 5th July 2025. Predeceased by his parents Moses and Ethel and siblings James (Bimbo), Joey, Sally and Essie. He will be sadly missed by his loving brother Billy, sisters Anne, Marguerite and Jean, extended family and friends.

John passed away peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff at St. Colman’s Residential Care Centre, Rathdrum. Sadly missed by his loving wife Ursula, sons Philip and Justin, daughter in law Margaret, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Robert passed away after a brave and hard fought illness at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin. Surrounded by his loving family. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his Ma Mary, Da Denis, sister Niamh and God daughter Abi, stepfather Eamonn, stepmother Doreen and brother in law Eoghan and extended family, relatives and friends.

Christine passed away peacefully at Wicklow Hospice surrounded by her loving family on May 31st 2025 after a short illness.

Missed dearly by her loving husband Patrick, sons Alan and Niall, partners Laura and Holly, her adored grandchildren Shay, Ada and Ruairi, and extended family, relatives and friends.
