The Pastoral area of St Mantan wish to congratulate Fr Donal Roche, former Parish Priest of Wicklow-Rathnew and ‘Kilbride-Barndarrig-Brittas Bay’, who was appointed today by Pope Francis to be an auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of Dublin assisting Archbishop Dermot Farrell.
