William (Billy) Cullen of St Manntan’s Road and formerly Glenview Road and New Street Wicklow Town who passed away in the company of his son Billy Jnr on Saturday 21st January 2023 in the loving care of Wicklow Hospice and previously St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Gerard and Annie and brother Gerry. Sadly missed by his loving wife Carmel (née Kavanagh) sons Adrian and Billy Jnr, daughter in law Tisha, grandchildren Zayden and Chad and his mother Josephine, siblings Sheila, Rena, Anne and John, extended family, friends and his faithful Bugsy.

May he rest in peace.

Billy will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk in Wicklow Town from 6pm until 8pm on Wednesday. Funeral arriving to the family home on Thursday morning at 9.40am and then proceeding to St Patrick’s Church at walking pace via St Patrick’s Road to arrive for 10am funeral Mass followed by private cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
