Elizabeth (Betty) Kavanagh née Reilly of “The Mount “ Ballyguile, Wicklow Town, who passed away on Friday 8th March in her 95th year, peacefully at Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Charlie, son Steven (Budda), parents Mick and Bess and siblings Willie, Mary, Jackie, Gerry and Michael. Lovingly remembered by her children Joan, Mary, Michael, Charles, Eddie and Liz, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Betty will repose at “The Mount” (A67WN97) from 2pm until 6pm on Sunday. Funeral arriving at Dominican Convent, Wicklow on Monday morning at 9.40am and then proceeding at walking pace via Hopkin’s Hill to St Patrick’s Church, arriving for funeral Mass at 10am, followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Una Ryan (née Pender) Glebemount, Wicklow Town.

2nd March 2024.

Una passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Knockrobin Hill, Care Home. Beloved wife of Denis, mother of Ann – Marie and Eugene, and adoring granny of little Oscar. Remembered with love by her brothers Brian and Paddy, sisters Mary and Rhona and their partners, son-in-law Dave and Eugene’s partner Valentina, extended family and her many friends. Predeceased by her sister Nora.

Kathleen Coogan (née Mansfield), Lakeview Road, Wicklow Town and formerly Ballycomey, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny,

Kathleen passed away peacefully in her 94th year at home, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Martin and most loved mother of Angela and Joseph, and sister of Ger. Sadly missed by her wonderful loving and supportive family, son in law Staffan and brother Ger Mansfield, sister in law Margaret, wonderful nieces, nephews, extended family and blessed by close neighbours and friends.

May her gentle and great soul rest in peace.

Stephen (Fish) Fitzpatrick of St Manntan’s Park, Wicklow Town who passed away on Friday 9th February 2024, peacefully, at St Vincent’s University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved son of the late Michael (Mick) and Eleanor Fitzpatrick; much loved father of Dillon and brother of Michael, Anne, Colin, Roisín, Roseleen and David. He will be sadly missed by his good friend Ken, extended family and friends.

Stephen will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town, from 5pm until 8pm on Friday. Removal from the family home at 10.30am on Saturday morning, at walking pace, via St Laurence’s Road and Hopkin’s Hill, to St Patrick’s Church, arriving for funeral Mass at 11am, after which Stephen will be laid to rest with his parents in Rathnew Cemetery.

Frances (Fran) Hennigan née Kearns of Dunbur Road and formerly Castle Park, Wicklow Town who passed away in her 91st year peacefully at her home on Monday 5th February 2024 in the company of her family. Predeceased by her parents Bob and Lil and siblings Kathy, Pat and Bob. Sadly missed by Tommy her loving husband of 70 years and by her daughter Susan and sons Robert and John, grandchildren Seán and Ciarán and by her sister in law Kathleen, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Fran will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town from 6pm until 7pm on Tuesday. The funeral cortège will leave from the family home on Wednesday morning at 9.40am driving to St Patrick’s Church arriving for funeral Mass at 10am followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Sarah (Sadie) O’Sullivan, (née White) Aged 91 years Barrack Green, Wicklow Town

Peacefully in the presence of her loving family and the caring staff of Knockrobin Hill Care Home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Eddie (Ned). Sadie will be greatly missed by her devoted children Colm, Marie T, Martine, Eamonn and Tommy. She will be forever remembered with love by her daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Passed away suddenly 3rd January 2024, Our beloved Darragh, son, brother, uncle, soldier.
