Larry will be reposing at his home Breagura, Kilbride, (A67A780) this Wednesday 15th October from 12.00 noon. Removal Thursday morning to St. Mary’s Church, Barndarrig arriving for 11.30am Funeral Mass, followed by Cremation Service at 1.00pm in McCrea’s Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) for all those who wish to attend. For those unable to attend, the Service can be viewed by clicking on McCrea’s Cremation Chapel (viewing at time of service only).

Patrick William O’Doherty of Cranagh, Redcross, Co. Wicklow, passed away on 6th October 2025. Dearly beloved youngest son of Pius and Maude. Adored brother of Grace and Mikey. Sadly missed by his heartbroken family and girlfriend Aoife, loving grandmother Maureen, aunts; Hilda, Mary, Éilis, Sinéad and Úna, uncles; Gerard,Jimmy, Joe, Martin, Tom, Michael, and Hugh, in-laws, his loving cousins, relatives and many many friends.

Reposing at Cranagh (A67 AX93), on Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, 11th October, at 11am in Star of the Sea Church, Brittas Bay, followed by burial in Barndarrig Cemetery.

Sheila O’Neill, (nee Doyle), Ardanairy, Brittas Bay, and formerly of Moneyteigue, Aughrim, peacefully at Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home, 12th September 2025. Predeceased by her husband Jimmy, brothers Gerry, T.J. and Sean, sisters Tat and Rita.

Sadly missed by her sisters Betty and Doreen, brothers Joe and Noel, brother in law , sisters in law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Sheila will be reposing in Byrne’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Aughrim this Monday evening from 6-8 concluding with prayers.

Funeral mass will take place this Tuesday morning at 11am in The Star of the Sea Church Brittas Bay, Followed by burial afterwards in Barndarrig Cemetery.

James (Jimmy) McShane, Brittas Bay and formerly Drumcondra, June 16th 2025. Peacefully, in his 90th year, with his family by his side in the kind and tender care of the staff in Blackrock Clinic. Beloved husband of Terry and loving father of Michael, Orla and baby Anne (deceased). He will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Catherine, son-in-law Eoin, cherished grandchildren Laura, Shane, Neil, Claire and Eve, dear sister Gaye, his wonderful carers Angela and Tina, brothers-in-law Albert, Terry and Val, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends. Jimmy is predeceased by his siblings Alan, Mamie, Joan, Noreen and Mar.

A funeral Mass to celebrate Jimmy’s life will take place in the Star of the Sea Church, Brittas Bay, on Saturday 21st June at 11am. A private family cremation will take place at a later date.

Passed away peacefully on 27th May 2025 surrounded by her loving family, after a short illness. Rita is predeceased by her son Fergus, brothers Fergus, Jack and sister Dolores. Beloved wife of Paul, much loved mother of daughters Paula, Clare, Michelle, sons Mark and Stephen, adored grandchildren Dylan, Nathan, Daniel, Laoise, Aoibhí, Ava, Ben, Ella, sons in law Frank, Damien, Joe, soon to be daughter in law Martina and extended family and wide circle of friends.

May her gentle soul fly on eagles wings.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Patrick, parents William and Catherine and siblings Malachy, John, Carmel, Theresa and Eilish. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Padraig (O’Murachú), daughter Fidelma (Downes), sisters Kay Doyle and Rosaleen Connolly and by her adored grandchildren Clíodhna, Aisling, Darragh, Rían, Aoife and Róisín, daughter in law Deirdre, son in law Paul, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her loving husband William. Elizabeth will be very sadly missed by her sons Francis, Joseph, John and Eamonn, daughters-in-law Cyrilene, Marie and Jean, grandchildren Alicia, Owen, Ronan, Shauna, Lorin and Lianna, great grandchildren Oscar and Leo, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

It is with broken hearts the Stone family announce the tragic passing of their beautiful son and brother, Brendan, in his 19th year on Friday 21st February 2025. Brendan, adored son of Peter and Patsy, loving brother to Aoibhin, Malachy, Roisin, Moira, Fainche and Diarmuid. Predeceased by his grandparents, Malachy Stone and Rosanna and Patrick Dunne. Brendan will be forever missed by his heartbroken parents, brothers, sisters, grandmother Pauline, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours, sporting colleagues and wide circle of friends.
