Lucy passed away peacefully surrounded by family in the tender care of ICU staff, St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Deeply regretted by her brother Christy, sisters in law Sherry and Nora, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Pat and Anne, brothers Pat, Nicholas and Dan, sister Teresa, brother in law Peader and sister in law Mary.

Lucy will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) this Friday 11th July from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal Saturday 12th July to Holy Rosary Church, Ashford arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am which can also be viewed on link to to be added… followed by interment in Kiloughter Cemetery.

Sean Doherty of Wicklow Town and formerly of Dublin and Glenealy, Co. Wicklow. 7th July 2025, peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Teresa and loving father of Michelle, Sean, Julianne and Anthony. Sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Adam, Sophia, Jack, Isabella, Paul and Laila, brothers Michael and Teddy, sisters Elaine, Lebby and Julie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in- law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Brennan Woulahan Funeral Home, Avoca Road, Rathdrum (A67 C562) on Thursday 10th July from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church, Glenealy followed by burial in Glenealy Cemetery.

Paddy Macaulay (Paddy Popcorn) of Ashford Co. Wicklow, The Irish Popcorn Company and formerly of Kilmacud Co. Dublin. Paddy passed unexpectedly at home surrounded by family on Monday morning the 2nd of June.

Paddy was a loving and devoted husband to his wife Patricia. Cherished father to Adam, Stephen, Hannah, Lucy, Zach and Beth; their partners Giedre, Jessica, Tommy, Dave, Karl and Oisín. Adoring Grandfather (Papa) to Ava, Luke and Andy. Beloved brother to Dermot, Henry, Helen, and Maura. Mad uncle to his 26 nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and his large extended (unofficial) family. Extraordinary employer to all his staff, colleagues and customers at The Irish Popcorn Company. A wonderful colleague to his friends in the National Ambulance Service and Community First Responders. He will be overwhelmingly missed by all his family, many (many) friends, and all who were blessed to know him.

Peter Reynolds of Wicklow Town and formerly Sligo Town who passed away on Saturday 31st May, 2025, peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Dearly beloved husband of Naomi (Anderson) and loving father of Adam, Roy, Daniel, Ruth, Colin, Isabel and the late Samuel. Sadly missed by his family, grandchildren Georgia, Alfie, Ivy, Maya, Oliver, Lucia, Hannah, Violet and Clare, brother John, sister Vanessa, daughters-in-law Maria, Shauna, Jessica and Brigid, son-in-law Cian, extended family and friends.

Patrick Ferguson, Milltown Lane, Ashford, Co. Wicklow , formerly of Altidore, Kilpedder, Co. Wicklow.

Late of C Coy 21st Infantry Battalion, retired Company Commander with 41 years service, and late of the Construction Industry Federation.

Peacefully following a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by loving family, in the compassionate care of St Vincent’s University Hospital, on Friday 2nd May 2025.Pre-deceased by his son Patrick, brother John and his parents James and Joan. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Winifred (nee Lord), his daughters Fiona, Siobhan and Miriam, his beloved grandchildren Anna, Isobel and Patrick, his sisters Lena, Maureen and Joan, his brothers PJ, Seamus, and Joseph, son in law Cathal, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Special thanks to all those who came to spend time with Patrick and his family in his final days. Thanks to the staff of the Sugarloaf Nursing Home for their care in the past months.

Bridget passed away on Monday 10th March, 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by her daughters. Predeceased by her loving husband Kit. Peter Porter Ballinalea Ashford, Formerly Avondale, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow.

Peter passed away peacefully after a short illness on Monday, 3rd February 2025 in his 79th year, in the compassionate care of the staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital surrounded by his heartbroken wife Margaret and loving family. Deeply missed by his loving wife Margaret, his beloved sons Peter, Darren, Michael and daughter Edel, son-in-law and daughters-in-law. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, extended family and friends.
