May Kavanagh (née Lambert) Wicklow Town, Wicklow

May passed away peacefully with family by her side at St Colman’s Hospital Rathdrum in her 86th year on Thursday 7th September 2023. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Jimmy for 61 years and loving sister of Peggy Mooney and Eileen Earls. Lovingly remembered by the extended Kavanagh and Lambert families and many friends. May was predeceased by her parents James and Winifred and sister Noleen Shortall.

Rest In Peace.

May will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town from 5pm until 7pm on Wednesday, 13th September. Removal from her home on Thursday morning, 14th September, at 9.40am walking to St Patrick’s Church to arrive for funeral Mass at 10am after which May will be laid to rest in Rathnew Cemetery.
